We don’t start with documents. We start with you: your family, your concerns, your goals. Then we build a plan that reflects your life, not a template.
Schedule YOUR CONSULTATION
THE Client journey: Step by step
At Heirloom Trust, we guide you through a thoughtful process designed around you.
Your first call is free. We’ll spend 10-15 minutes on the phone learning about your situation, or you can schedule an in-person meeting. We listen to your goals and concerns, and answer all your initial questions. If it makes sense to move forward, we’ll schedule a full consultation. No pressure, no sales pitch - just a conversation.
We meet in person - at our Monsey, Brooklyn, or Lakewood office - or virtually, whichever suits you. This is where we go deep: your family, your assets, your concerns, and the questions you haven’t quite put into words yet.
We’ll send you a brief intake form beforehand. Some clients arrive with it fully completed; others prefer to civer the details together in the room. We’ll get what we need either way.
After the meeting, we send you a written summery: what we covered, what we’re recommending, and the decisions that still need to be made before we can begin designing your plan. We don’t rush those decisions. Some clients come back to us the next day; others take a few weeks. We find the right balance between checking in and letting you think.
